Documentation Development
These projects required the development of a vessel-specific documentation system designed primarily for the day-to-day requirements of operational and maintenance personnel. AKA’s Integrated Documentation System (IDS) has been designed to provide complete cross-referencing of all documentation components, enabling the operator to access required information from a number of entry points. The unique design of the IDS ensures that beyond its role as a reference, the documentation set provides a valuable troubleshooting and training tool. When required, AKA can provide an ongoing IDS document control service including revision tracking, issue control and document set updating. Programmable device software and configuration files can be included within the scope of the controlled document package if required.
