Our manufacturing facilities total over 100,000 ft2 of floor space and includes a state-of-the art mechanical fabrication area, a heavy electrical equipment assembly area, and a large test bay with MW, LV and MV capacity.

Our manufacturing location provides close deep water port access for shipping larger items. Typically our product is transported by land.

Our electrical assembly area is configured for large integrated system assembly. The floor space has the capacity to manage several assemblies at one time including equipment such as E-houses, large integrated skids, generator houses, MV and LV switchgear, MCCs, and hybrid power systems.

Adjacent to the electrical assembly area is our dedicated test area with Megawatt level testing capacity.

In addition to the major facilities our panel shop is used for sub-component assembly as well as smaller products such as UPSs, small skids assemblies, etc.

AKA performs full function / partial load factory acceptance tests (FAT) with voltages of up to 690 volts. All switchgear is factory tested as complete systems with simulations of application operations.
