The four Atlantic Region Premiers met this week to discuss and strategize efforts to benefit the East. Meetings were held in Halifax, NS and touched on the Ocean Supercluster project citing AKA as a key member to achieving success in realizing that endeavour.

The Ocean Supercluster is a proposal from the Atlantic Provinces to the Federal Government for funding to make the region a focal point for marine industry development. This funding from the Federal Government would be cast over research facilities, schools, and marine industry advancement.

PEI Premier Wade MacLauchlan cited Aspin Kemp & Associates as a major contributor to this Supercluster initiative.
